CAULIFLOWER IN SAUCE
This cauliflower in sauce is a typical Romanaian recipe, something we call "Mancare de …". The translation would be something similar "Meal of…" and the possibilities are just endless.

As I didn't take whatsoever immediate plans for it, I simply threw it in the cauliflower and tomato pan that was simmering on the stove. It was a revelation! It merely lifted a dish that was already good to another level. I've never looked back! I have to admit that I haven't cooked this recipe in any other way always since.
If I want to keep this cauliflower dish vegan, I all the same employ soy cream or kokosnoot milk, which is actually fifty-fifty improve. If not, I add some regular heavy foam, which makes the cauliflower in tomato sauce just vegetarian and not vegan. HOW TO Make CAULIFLOWER STEW
- Cook the onions and the garlic in the olive oil until the onions are translucent.
- Add the chili and herbs, stir well and add the canned tomatoes and their juices, vegetable stock and sugar.
